A combination of some of the Greek Life Fraternities at U of M needed a design for a T-Shirt. The requirements were that it had to be representative of a major city. The city that I chose was New York and I had developed various representations for the design, with the Statue of Liberty and the skyline of New York being their final choice.

The client provided a picture of a ‘pig’ and wanted a design for their website. They were provided with the three designs, with one then being used on a pamphlet that they were having printed.

A Sorority on the U of M campus wanted a simplified design to be used on a banner to welcome back their girls to campus. They wanted something that depicted their delta symbol along with the use of a heart.


I was contracted by the Pastor of the New Life Church to develop a new logo for his church. He was interested in portraying growth, with the use of the cross and a more colorful look. I developed several renditions of the logo with the final designs as pictured. The design was used on the new sign in front of the Church, while also being used as the new logo for all stationary, business cards and notices.

With the receipt of a new shipment of baseball hats Underground Printing wanted an ad that would advertise the ‘new era’ hats for a front page ad. The advertisement that was created needed to transition from one page to another.


While interning at Underground Printing I created an advertisement with a new contemporary design to market their company to the Greek life on the campus at Indiana University.

The magazine HAIL, which details the football news at University of Michigan, wanted a graphic design to display on their website to inform their on line readers that their magazine would now be available in paperback form.

A new advertising company wanted a simplified logo that they could use on their website; along with stationary and business cards.


Designed a coupon for Underground Printing that was then printed and handed out around campus, to advertise their 4th of July Special.

An advertisement was designed for Underground Printing to announce their 10% off sale on summer apparel to be used on their Michigan web site.

Designed an advertisement for Underground Printing to be used on the front of a coupon-like card, that would also have the Michigan 2012 Football Schedule on the other side. These cards were to be given out at their retail stores.


The University of Michigan sponsors a 5K Run and needed a design for a banner that would advertise the run.

A dealership employed me to create various radio buttons to be used on their website. There were several renditions provided, with them deploying their choices to their website.


A dealership employed me to create a design for their website that would be used on a new web page asking users to ‘review a dealer’. They did not provide any suggestions on what they wanted in the design therefore I was totally on my own for the design. The design is to represent that the analysis of the dealership is totally in the hands of the reviewer. This design was well received by the dealership and utilized on their web site.

The design for the annual ‘Rush’ of the Chi Psi Fraternity needed to incorporate a dog, since the fraternity had just adopted a golden retriever. The design uses the dog as the main point of view and then using a hat on the dog which depicts the emblem of the fraternity. The design was used on a T-Shirt for their annual ‘Rush’ festivities.

The U of M Sorority was having their annual charity event for children and required a banner that would depict both their sorority, along with the children and the name assigned to the evening. Thus there was a need for the design to include stars, the Tri-Delta Sorority Emblem of three triangles, the children and the use of the colors blue and yellow. As can be seen in the design, all of these subject matters were incorporated.

I was asked by the Chi Psi Fraternity at U of M to develop a design to be used on a T-Shirt for their Lodges St. Patrick’s Day Party for 2013. The theme of the design was to incorporate the Chi Psi Fraternity symbol, along with a St. Patrick’s Day celebration design. I was given a picture of the Chi Psi emblem and asked to develop a design. The simple design was used on the front corner of the T-Shirt, while the more complicated design was used in a large pattern on the back.


While working in the capacity of a teacher assistant at the Garvey Academy in Detroit, I was specifically assigned four students. At the end of the semester I wanted to present the students with a keepsake of our teacher/student relationship. I designed a plaque for each boy and then programmed the design in rhino cad and using the laser cutter, I cut the plaques out for each boy.


A company requested an advertisement that depicted their name ‘Relive’ and the use of the lines that would be seen when a television went to the ‘tv bar’ look. Though very simple, it was exactly what they were looking for.

One of the Engineering Courses that I took included the design, manufacture and subsequent playing of a bell. At the conclusion of the class we were required to play a musical tune with the bell in our teams of five. Our team wanted to have T-Shirts that coordinated; therefore, I created a design that represented the bell, our team name ‘Shaping the Sound of Bronze’ and our course.
